Fitness Exercises : Exercise for a Flat Stomach

Watch this easy exercise. It's effective. But don't forget, this isn't all to reduce tummy fat. Keep concentrating on your healthy meal.



Remember to break your 2/3 large meals into 5/6 smaller and more frequent meals. This helps controlling over hunger and overeating. Drink 3 liters of water daily, eat proteins and lots of fibers such as vegetables and fruits in empty stomach.
