Finally I’ve finished reading and started using The Diet Solution Program by Isabel De Los Rios to lose tummy fat. I must admit that I liked the program. Here is what I found on the program.
First action was self motivation. Although I was already motivated for burning belly fat, Isabel described one of the most effective ways of motivation. You can read more here.
Next action was to find my Metabolism Type. It was easy to find mine after such a clear explanation. At the end of the chapter 2, I came to know my metabolism type and the ideal diets to lose stomach fat for me. God, I was on the opposite side of the road for all these years.
Isabel described the effects of taking wrong type of food with respect to metabolism type. Some of the results of wrong type of foods are fatigue, heart diseases and the worst- weight gain.
I feel unfortunate that I had such an incomplete knowledge about Calorie and Body Fat. Now I know that taking low calorie food doesn’t always help losing weight. If your foods don’t match your metabolism type, even low calorie food will develop more and more fat. Body fat is not only stored, unused calorie. It’s a storehouse of toxic elements as well. I didn’t know that as per my metabolism type, I should take 2 organic eggs per day. I’ve been taking eggs and animal protein for a week and I’m feeling better losing 2.5 pounds last week. Congratulations to me!!!
All the metabolism types are covered in the program. I found my metabolism type is protein type. You can find yours and use the program without help of any other program or person.
Food journal and the method of using are given in the program. I found it easy. And it’s a very good one. I could make my meal plans easily. Most information I needed to create my meal plan are available in the program.
The writing of the program is easy to understand even for non native English users.
I’ve lost some weight I needed to lose. I’m feeling fresh, more energetic, and very comfortable every day with the program. So, I’m gonna continue the program and will make it a part of my lifestyle. As it covers everybody’s needs, you can try too.
