Sorry for keeping you waiting for long.This article is the continuation of above referred link. I've recently bought The Diet Solution Program By Isabel De Los Rios. This package is crushing the market since long. I was really interested to see whats on it. Unfortunately, I couldn't find anything much deeper and inside story on the internet. Most of the reviews and articles I found are based on assumptions like- Eat less carb, drink more water, regular exercise........etc etc...all just copy and paste from another. So, I decided to buy the Program and check for myself if it's really worth it. So, the reviews you'll find here, are the real user/reader's review. You can count on it.
Let me start with brief introduction of the author- Isabel De Los Rios. Isabel is a Nutritionist by profession and by passion. She has been studying, advising and practicing for more than a decade. At her early age she made many mistakes on diets. But finally she figured out the best diet program by putting together all the theoretical and practical experiences she gathered in all these years.
Although, this is a diet program, our site is based on losing tummy. So, we'll basically try to find out how to reduce tummy fat with this program.
This program was first published on 2007. From then it's a best seller and one of the most popular diet programs.
The First Chapter is about how to set goal and how to stay motivated for losing body fat. Simple but effective affirmation method has been introduced. Being a Silva Mind Control System graduate and practitioner, I know how important and effective affirmations and autosuggestions can be. I totally agree with this method for self motivation. Isabel showed some personalized ideas as well which are also interesting and will surely bring the success rate into a new height.
Second Chapter talks about three simple yet very specific and structured steps to weight loss. Clearly gets into the points and produce what exactly you need to do for successfully lose weight fast and safe. Find out more here.
May I know?- Why there area millions of overweight people when thousands of diet programs are available in the market? With same diet, why one person successfully loses weight, stay healthy and another loses health, gain weight and finally quits after unsuccessful attempts? Because- everyone is not supposed to take the same diet program. Isabel says that diet program should be chosen according to metabolism type of your body. Which means, the first task is to assess which metabolism type your body belong to. Watch this easy exercise. It's effective. But don't forget, this isn't all to reduce tummy fat. Keep concentrating on your healthy meal.
Remember to break your 2/3 large meals into 5/6 smaller and more frequent meals. This helps controlling over hunger and overeating. Drink 3 liters of water daily, eat proteins and lots of fibers such as vegetables and fruits in empty stomach.

How to get a flat tummy?- Recommendations of successful people:
Me and my wife studied on the internet for various methods to lose belly weight. The most common advices we got are as follows-
Nutrition:
In our case we simply took less rice, less bread and less sugar. More vegetables, more fruits in empty stomach and more sea food. We reduced the amount of red meat. But didn’t really stop meat. Our food idea worked for our fat tummy like magic. Still I found some other ideas and advices over the internet. The summary of that are as follows:
1. Your food must be proper and balanced. Although some advise for stopping sugar and carbs, we don’t recommend that. We recommend carbohydrates in two ways- one, eat complex carbohydrates. They are healthier for weight loss than simple carbohydrates.
2. Drink around 3 liters of water per day.- we completely agree with that.
3. One of the healthy tricks that you can play with your eating habit is- Chew your food well, chew longer than usual. The benefits are- More saliva and enzymes will mix with the food and it’ll be easy to be digested, also, you’ll soon get bored of chewing and ultimately eat less than usual. That’s funny and tricky. Isn’t it? It really works. Try it.
4. Break your large 2/3 meals into 5/6 small meals per day. That’s a healthy habit too.
Exercise:
1. Aerobics: Many many experts, users and successful people enjoyed instant weight loss in these methods. Try get some good video to try at home. You can join any local gym or aerobics club too. It makes all your body parts work, makes your tummy fat tissues work and get more prone to vanish, it burns calorie fast, makes your joint lubricated and ready to use, refreshes muscles, heart and lungs.
2. Swimming: Join a pool, swim at least twice a week, that’s the universal recipe of ultimate weight loss. But swimming must be power swimming. Not just floating on water. Play with a ball on the water with your loved ones. That way you won’t get bored.
3. Pilates: A Pilates workout can help tighten tummy muscles and create long, lean muscles throughout your body. Pilates exercises that focus on building abdominal muscles include the teaser, the roll up, the hundred and crisscrosses. To perfect these Pilates moves, it is important to maintain good form. Make sure abdominal muscles are pulled in before performing any of these moves. To perform the teaser, lie on your back and place your hands over your head. Legs should be flat on your mat. Raise arms and lift legs at the same time while keeping abdominal muscles contracted. Grab ankles with your arms and hold for three seconds. Slowly lower back down to the mat. Repeat up to three times.

The Best Way to Lose Belly Fat
Hi there,
Let's continue the discussion. We were desperate to lose belly fat. We started thinking how to. We read some books on nutrition, cardiovascular exercises. We pointed some of our habits noted as very unhealthy in some best seller books. Such as I had a habit of taking dinner late. And my dinner used to be heavy. Both were very very unhealthy. When we take dinner late and go to bed, the calorie in the food doesn't get chance to be used and is deposited in our body as extra fat. Day after day, this deposit turns into obesity.
I used to take sugary and fat food in breakfast. This was wrong because our body in the morning is normally not ready for high calorie food.
As usual practice, we used to take fruits after meal. Wrong. But we didn't know that. Fruits take 45 minutes to digest. But normal foods take 4 hours. So, when we take fruits in full stomach, the fruits can't be digested in the presence of food. So, they rot with the food for 4 hours and become useless. In addition to that, some toxic element is also created inside the stomach which later is absorbed by the body.
We tried exercises. But failed. 2 reasons- We did wrong exercises and even the right exercises we did was not continued. Exercise is a part of life for a healthy body and mind. But irregular exercise creates an unbalanced condition in the body system.
We changed this habits. I used to take light breakfast, started taking early light dinner. We also started some natural exercises that didn't have any significant affect on our lifestyle but made a big difference for losing tummy fat. We simply started a disciplined life. A life with regular balanced healthy food and regular exercises like power walking for 15 to 30 minutes continuously after dinner. My wife started swimming weekly once or twice and I started martial arts (AIKIDO).
Life is healthy when it's disciplined. Nothing special. Just eat low carbs. Do natural exercise, eat healthy, natural foods. Set a realistic, healthy goal for losing weight, keep records of your weight and weight loss rate, exercises you are doing. But before all that, assess your body condition first. How much over weighed you are, what is your Body Mass Index(BMI), Basal Metabolic Rate(BMR) and Hip-Waist ratio. This information are available in the internet.

I'm basically a Civil Engineer and too busy to write blogs like this. But the inspiration came from my personal experience. I used to be fat. Really fat. Specially my belly area. I was shy to get out, put my shirts off in the pool or to participate in any sports. I hated my ugly look. I could notice people talking about my over weighing condition and making fun of it. But things changed now. I've won my obesity. And I know very what one goes through when they are a victim of obesity or specially victim of fat belly.
I've created this blog to help people Losing Tummy Fat. Unfortunately, most of the people are wrongly informed about belly fat. So, they have misconception about methods of reducing it also. If you are advised to do sit ups or crunches as remedy, I suggest you to stay away from those ideas. Sit ups and crunches are specifically useful to build muscle in the abdominal area. These are very healthy, power exercises. But unfortunately they have little influence on abdominal fat. Because abdominal fat is not used when sit ups are done.
Then how to control this? Me and my wife had the same condition and we've read many books and used many methods. Nothing really worked. Some worked for sometime not permanently. Anyway, finally we found our way out. And now we have lean controlled body. Obesity or abdominal obesity is a result of energy imbalance. But that's just an immediate cause. Any deeper certain knowledge about obesity is still a question to the scientists. However, there are effective ways to control it. And the best ways among them is a controlled balanced lifestyle. After all the books and methods we tried, failed us, we got frustrated and we thought the last thing we could do is to find something ourselves. Luckily our idea was correct. And we succeeded.
